SXTH Element Engineering: Lower Engine Mount V2.0 For Kia/Hyundai 1.6T

Reduce wheel hop, improve shifting, and put more power down to the ground with the, new for 2019, V2.0 lower engine mount for the 1.6T Gamma engine from Sxth Element Engineering. This mount works for both the traditional automatic, DCT and manual transmissions with no modification required and this mount is a 100% bolt-on product. Just what does having an aftermarket mount feel like? For starters, when you accelerate and quickly switch gears, the next gear engages much smoother and when the throttle is pressed, acceleration feels much more solid. There is also a bigger benefit with launching from a stop. Given the right conditions when the car is properly launched, wheel hop is significantly reduced.

  • Sxth Element Engineering utilizes 3D scanning technology to use the OEM geometry to create a mount that fits just like OEM without modification to the car to make it fit.
  • Sxth Element Engineering replaces the OEM lower engine mount with a billet aluminum assembly utilizing 2 polyurethane cylindrical bushings. Their bushings are much stiffer than the stock mount, reducing engine movement and transferring more power to the wheels while not adding much extra vibration to the vehicle cabin (with Daily Bushings selected). The bushing housing is anodized black for protection from the elements and finished with our laser-engraved logo.
  • Sxth Element Engineering's engine mount comes in two configurations, Daily and Race. The Daily configuration uses 70A durometer bushings and is suitable for the average daily driver who still wants the performance of an aftermarket engine mount. This configuration will transfer a lesser amount of vibration feel to the cabin. The Race configuration uses 85A Durometer bushings for the greatest condition of rigidity. These will keep the motor VERY still, however this bushing will transfer more vibration feeling to the cabin. The bushings are completely modular and can be easily removed for upgrading or replacement.
  • Sxth Element Engineering's new engine mount is designed to last. Using traditional methods and the latest in FEA/CAD software, this mount is designed to handle 500+ lb/ft of engine torque!
