Slammedenuff Altanta made a great return on Mothers Day, May 12, 2024 with their event hosted at the Gas South Arena in Duluth, Georgia. It was a busy day with two graduations happening at the venue at the same time, but roll in went smoothly with cars staged outside and rolled in at their respective times. As we rolled in there were rows of cars packed in with the required fire marshal spacing and vendor booths scattered around the hall from the entrance area.
Various car crews were in attendance with Team Tensei representing and taking top honors for club quality and best of show (awarded to an orange widebody Datsun 240z). Atlanta is known for having a large Nissan/Infiniti presence, and there was no shortage of Nissan Zs, and Infiniti Qs and Gs present.
Euro cars also had a good showing, as you would expect at any car show. It was really cool to see some of these high quality Euro builds in the south.
A really cool duo of Chevrolets was on display in the form of a 1931 Chevy work truck and a C6 Corvette with a Vaydor body kit conversion.
It was a great time for families to check out some cars on Mothers day, and the show was a great success! Congrats to everyone who made the event possible, and the award winners.
