If you visited the Toyo Treadpass during SEMA, there is absolutely no way you missed this wild G Wagon build sitting out front. Built by John Sarkisyan - a man who has built something that ends up on our favorites of SEMA for the past several years running - this custom G Wagon was put together in just three weeks, adding to the impressiveness of an already monumental project.
The base vehicle is a 2016 AMG G65 V12 Biturbo, cut and lengthened to the factory specs of the OEM 6x6 version of the G Wagon. A third G65 axle was installed, with German Tibus 6x6 axles and 6x6 transfer case assisting in the fabrication process. One of the final steps for the drivetrain were some custom driveshafts all around. Once fabrication was done, just about everything was powdercoated gold. Front end looks are improved with the help of Brabus in the form of the front Adventure Package bumper and snorkels.
Visually, there is so much that stands out about this truck. From the white, black and gold color scheme, to the roof rack holding the spare tire, there鈥檚 a lot to like. At ground level, a theme-matching set of 22-inch HRE 527 wheels ties the look together, wrapped in Toyo Tires MT tires with blue tire lettering. All in, this is one incredible feat of fabrication that looks the part for the Toyo Treadpass.
