United Speed Racing FK2/FK8 Civic Type R Turbo Blanket

The new 2017 Honda Civic Type-R has won many magazine "Car of the Year" awards and is a blast to drive, but heat management in the engine bay is an issue. The tight location of the factory turbo holds a lot of heat. The basic heat shield provided by Honda does little to contain this heat, but USR鈥檚 turbo blanket will lower the ambient temperature under the hood and limit heat transfer to surrounding critical components, decreasing the chance of overheating under heavy load.
