The flavor of the month over at Dress Up Bolts this past February was the BMW E82 135i. Even though the 135i isn鈥檛 the most typical vehicle you expect to see at a car show however the guys over at Dress Up Bolts informed us that they had become inundated with hardware kit requests for the platform.
鈥淲e are strategic in what vehicles get put on our product development list," mentions Seth McGuire, Co-Owner and Marketing Manager of Dress Up Bolts. "We don鈥檛 want to spend time working on products for a vehicle without known interest from the community. We track every request we get for a platform and once we have a certain amount of interest we will put it on the product development schedule for release鈥�.
They were able to develop 5 new hardware kits for the platform that included a Stage 1 and 2 engine bay kit, a hood kit, door kit, and trunk kit to go along with their already available N54 engine kit.
All of the hardware pieces in each kit are made from Grade 5 Titanium for the highest strength to weight ratio and corrosion resistance. The kits are available in 7 different colors options including PVD colored hardware in Black, True Burned, and Gold with a 4x hardness over chrome. Every kit includes installation instructions so you aren鈥檛 left guessing where each piece goes when the kit arrives at your door.
