The 5th annual Cars n Beaches (CNB5) was hosted by iLDS (I Love Driving Slow) at E. G. Simmons Park in Ruskin, FL. Since this was their 2nd year at the E.G. Simmons location, the meet was better organized. The growth of Cars n Beaches has grown exponentially since 2009!
iLDS started with a small group of friends from all over Florida to groom the foundation of the meet. The meet鈥檚 purpose is to give back to the Florida car scene and to keep it as minimal as possible. Keeping Cars n Beaches minimalistic proved to be impossible being that they had such a large amount of people coming. iLDS could no longer just show up to a park and hangout; they now took on the responsibility for everything. Roscoe Lewis and staff of iLDS were able to structure a meet that included vendors and a car show type atmosphere where there was no entry fee to the guests/attendees (other than what the park normally charges).
Roscoe is a strong believer of faith, "I must tell you - prior to the meet, the weather forecast called for rain. However, with positive hopes and a determined mindset, we were destined to host this event, rain or shine," he stated. "I was very thankful that the rain held off until after the meet and, we were able to get some awesome coverage for you in our beautiful Florida weather. Until Winterfest iLDS, we'll continue to support other events!"

ABOUT iDLS
iLDS is a safe driving community. It's comprised of the elements of style lifestyle and fashion. It's the way you drive, act/carry yourself, and most importantly, the way you dress. iLDS is not about slow cars but the choice to be safe in situations that require it. They would have been named "I Love Driving Safely" but it was not catchy enough.
