The iSimple® SwitchPlay™ (IS7603) Connects an iPod, iPhone or iPad to a Vehicle’s Entertainment System and Provides Switching Between Playback Sources
iSimple® – maker of innovative technologies that allow people to connect their mp3 player, smartphone or tablet to their car stereo – is proud to unveil the SwitchPlay™ (IS7603), a 30-pin docking cable for the iPod, iPhone and iPad that connects to a vehicle’s rear seat entertainment system and allows the user to switch video playback between their iPod, iPhone or iPad and the vehicle’s display screen. The SwitchPlay installs easily in most vehicles and carries an MSRP of $54.95.
Built specifically with the “family on-the-go” in mind, the SwitchPlay connects a vehicle's rear seat entertainment system to any iPod, iPhone or iPad with a 30-pin docking connection, allowing for playback of music, movies and more. What makes the SwitchPlay different from the iSimple MediaWire™ and other cables is that it has a small, low-profile button on the connector that allows the user to switch video playback between the vehicle’s display and the screen on the iPod, iPhone or iPad. Video playback quality is exceptional and the SwitchPlay supports battery charging (2.1 Amps @ 5v) for most models of iPod, iPhone and iPad.
Built in conjunction with Stinger® Electronics, the SwitchPlay can be installed quickly and easily in most vehicles with rear seat entertainment systems or video displays. Stinger® composite audio/video interconnects connect easily to the RCA inputs, and the power wires splice into place in seconds. The SwitchPlay is currently available for order from AAMP of America™ – parent company of iSimple – or from authorized Pacific Accessory Corporation® representatives.
